We have created meeboutique.com with only one thing in mind – a place to relax, browse and spoil yourself. While browsing you will come across the stunning photographs, all shot on location at Mee, by fashion photographer Adrian Green (www.adriangreenphotography.com), which conjure images of luxury, seduction, femininity, and frivolity. Each photograph will transport you into another world, whether it’s Seduce Mee, Live With Mee, Wear Mee, Spoil Mee, or Party With Mee, and within each world you will be able to click and buy the products you like.

How do I find a specific item?

While browsing meeboutique.com you can enjoy the photographs, then click and buy from the categories within each picture. Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for, use the SEARCH function on the screen and you will be directed to the relevant product pages from which you can shop.

How do I shop?

Shopping from the homepage:

Click and buy: If there are pictures of products on the homepage, you will be able to shop simply by clicking on one of the photographs. As you navigate around the page, your cursor will from time to time change from an arrow icon into a hand icon. The hand icon indicates that clicking on that particular image will take you to a product page from which you can shop.

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Shop by browsing through our different categories: Seduce Mee, Live With Mee, Wear Mee, Spoil Mee, Party With Mee. Within each category you will be given several product options, such as jewellery, clothing, bath and body products. Click on one of these, and you will be taken to the products you can buy.

Click on the product image to access the individual item’s product page where you will be given further information as well as sizing and colour options.

Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on ‘Please add to my shopping bag’ button near the desired item.

Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the item. To change the number of items click on ‘Update shopping bag’ and key in the new quantity.

To resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the ‘Continue Browsing’ button. Please be aware that when the item is in your shopping bag it is not on hold, and another customer can still purchase it.

Proceed to checkout to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items shown are in stock unless the words ‘Out of Stock’ appear on the product pages. From time to time items that have not yet arrived in stock will be available to advance purchase. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn’t reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are still browsing.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please email us at mee@meeboutique.com, putting OUT OF STOCK in the subject heading to inform us of your interest.

How do I know it will fit?

Many countries have different sizing systems. To help you find your correct size, please view our size chart (accessible from all relevant product pages) where we will guide you on the various size conversions, including British, American, Italian, French and Australian sizes. Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase you can return the item, or exchange it for a different size. Please follow the instructions listed under Returns.

What payment methods does meeboutique.com accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo, Maestro and Switch debit cards. We currently do not accept American Express. We do not accept cheques online.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at meeboutique.com?

Our site is as secure as we can possibly make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Secpay, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At meeboutique.com we do not hold your credit card details on our website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, meeboutique.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the most advanced security software available for online transactions.

You can verify the security of a page by examining the security icon at the bottom corner of your browser. This is usually in the form of a lock and key padlock or a solid gold key depending on your browser and version. This is your assurance that your browser and our server our communicating securely. All information transmitted on our secure online order form is encrypted while in transit, so that even if the information is intercepted, because it is encrypted, it is useless to anyone.

Once each payment has been validated and authorised, the card details are deleted and will never be stored or saved at the meeboutique.com website.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For details please read the meeboutique.com Privacy Policy. In order to process credit card orders online, we will need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and credit card information. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of delivery. Please note that meeboutique.com does not keep your credit card details on its website.

We may use information we collect to inform you of new goods and services via emails. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please email mee@meeboutique.com, putting CUSTOMER CARE in the subject heading. Please note that when you purchase from us, we will continue to confirm your order by email. In addition, we may also need to contact you via phone, email or postal mail with other questions regarding your order.

Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties. Financial information is used to check the users qualifications and to bill the user for products.

How will I know you received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the items have been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another email notifying you that your order has been posted. If any of the items you ordered are not in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. If this occurs the full amount of the invoice is returned to your credit card account.

Countries that meeboutique.com does not ship to

For security reasons, we generally do not accept transactions from the following countries: Africa, China, Romania, Lithuania, Nigeria, Indonesia, Malaysia and Slovenia. However, we may still be able to accept your order and ship to you, so please send us an email at mee@meeboutique.com with the items you are interested in.

How soon can I get my order?

At meeboutique.com we want you to receive your purchase as quickly and effortlessly as possible. When you have ordered that special item, we don’t want you to have to wait for up to a week to receive it, so we do our best to deliver it to you within 48 hours, often sooner. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

    This is one simple charge regardless of how many items you order. In fact, if you spend over £200 with us (excluding shipping), we will deliver to you absolutely free!

    How can I expect to receive the goods?

    Your order will be delivered to you beautifully gift wrapped in our pretty pink tissue paper and silk ribbon, or in our beautiful signature pink Mee box, which we hope you will love enough to keep. Shoes will be delivered in the original designer packaging rather than a Mee box and orders containing only sale items will be sent using minimal packaging. If you would like to send your purchase as a gift, you will have the option of adding a handwritten gift card. The receipt will be sent to you, whilst the gift will be sent to your allocated person.

    How can I track my order?

    If you want to check the current status of your shipment, please email us at mee@meeboutique.com, putting TRACK MY ORDER in the subject heading, and we will track your shipment for you.

    Does meeboutique.com ship to multiple addresses?

    During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations, however, to do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.

    What is your returns policy?

    We require that you return any new and unused item to us within 14 days (UK and International) of receiving the goods. We are happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as the items have all their original labelling and are in their original packaging. New and unused means there are no marks on the item, it has not been worn or used, and is returned to us in perfect saleable condition. Meeboutiqe.com will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

    For hygienic purposes, returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie and earings cannot be accepted.

    There is no return or exchange on sale items or anything that is sold at a discounted price.

    Please note, meeboutique.com cannot refund delivery and/or shipping charges. Please also be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.

    If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will not refund the postage you incurred when buying and returning the item. If you are returning an item because it is faulty, we will refund the postage paid by you both when buying and returning the item.

    Do you have a boutique I can visit?

    Yes, we certainly do. Mee, in the heart of Bath, is more than just a boutique, it’s a completely unique experience, somewhere you can feel fabulous and pampered. From the sun streaming in through the windows, and the delicious scents wafting down the street, to the beautiful Chinese peony painted on the floor, hand-painted Chinoiserie wallpaper, antique chandeliers hanging from the ceilings, and antique furniture, we wanted to create a sumptuous home from home.

    Everywhere you look there are gorgeous treats and gifts. We source our products from all around the world, and because we’re finding new things all the time, with each visit you never know what you might find.

    French antique wardrobes are filled with vintage-inspired dresses from Legacy in New York, along with hard-to-find labels such as Pocket Venus, Alice McCall, Bootique, Natasha, and Australian label, Hussey. Beaded slippers sit with exquisite scented candles, twinkling jewellery, floral hair accessories, designer bags, glass lamps, feather fans, Chinese parasols, and butterfly garlands. Antique dressing tables and stands are laden with silk and chiffon knickers from Mee’s own label, jewellery by Millie & Me, perfumes from Agent Provocateur, and pampering beauty products from Mor. And to top it all, Lux at Mee, our shoe concession, is the answer to shoe heaven, stocking everything from high heels, slinky stilettos, killer boots and dainty peep toes.

    Can I use a meeboutique.com gift certificate at your boutique in Bath?

    All meeboutique.com gift certificates are exclusive to the website, and can only be redeemed online and not at our boutique in Bath. If you do not use the full amount of your gift certificate, the remaining amount will be kept on meeboutique.com until you wish to spend it.

    Will meeboutique.com have seasonal sales?

    Just like we do at our boutique in Bath, meeboutique.com offers seasonal sales. Please note that meeboutique.com cannot guarantee that its prices will be equivalent or equal to the boutique when we go on sale. Also, due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we cannot guarantee than an item will still be available for purchase late in the season. There will also be items that do not go on sale as they continue all year round.
